Refund Policy

Return Period:

Most of our products have a return period of either 15 or 30 days, depending on the specific product. Please refer to the product description or contact us for more information about the return period of a particular item.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at myhomechachacha@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions:

While most of our products are eligible for returns, some products are not eligible.  Some exceptions include custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. If you have any questions about the eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This will ensure that you receive the desired product promptly.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
